Georges Braque (French, 1882–1963): "Compotier" [Bowl of Fruit; LO. 642, Maeght 1012], color lithograph on Rives paper with printing on reverse as issued, 1952, originally published in Derrière le Miroir No. 48–49, published by Maeght and printed by Mourlot, Paris, signed in the plate at lower left "G. Braque," plate size approx. 12-5/8" x 10-1/4", sheet size 14-7/8" x 10-3/4".

Notes: Small tape remnant to top and bottom edges of reverse; small, extremely faint, unobtrusive water spot to upper portion of bowl (quite minor and noted for strict accuracy); otherwise near fine, attractive condition, with strong colors.
