Stunning antique American Brilliant Period cut glass pitcher, late 19th–early 20th century, the stout corseted form with broad starburst-cut base and sawtooth rim, each side with a large, complex hobstar with raised center flanked by fans and crosshatched triangular panels, the handle with oval cuts, 8" tall overall.
A superb example boasting a beautifully organized design and skillful, careful cutting throughout.
Notes: Usual rubbing to contact points of base, and a single tiny bruise to one ridge of fan cut near base (quite minor and noted for strictest accuracy), otherwise very fine, attractive condition, the vulnerable rim completely free of any damage, the pitcher retaining full original crystal clarity throughout
