TWO PIECES OF MID-CENTURY COLORED GLASS BY FENTON AND MORGANTOWN, 1950s - 60s

Two pieces of vintage colored American elegant glass, 1950s–1960s, including:

1) Vase in the Daisy and Button pattern by Fenton, of footed form in colonial blue, the two daisy-and-button panels separated by smooth, multi-lobed panels, 8-1/2" tall, unmarked. While the flattened "fan" form of this vase is rather common, this fully rounded form, particularly in this color, is considerably scarcer.

2) Pitcher or jug by Morgantown Glass Co., West Virginia, circa 1950s–1960s, peacock blue in flaring form with applied handle and characteristic textured surface, approx. 6-1/2" tall (28 oz. capacity). A beautifully preserved example in a particularly striking color.

Notes: In very fine condition, with no cracks, chips, or haze
