SCARCE VINTAGE LEAF-SHAPED POTTERY BOWL OR DISH BY ANDERSSON & JOHANSSON/HOGANAS KERAMIK, SWEDEN, CIRCA 1950s

Fabulous vintage bowl or dish by Andersson & Johansson / Höganäs Keramik, Sweden, circa 1950s, of elongated leaf form glazed in tones of green, 15-1/2" long by 5-1/4" wide by 1-1/2" tall, marked with the AJ monogram in circle with "Höganäs Keramik" and "Eldfast" (the marks partly indistinct but visible).

A particularly striking example from this well-known Scandinavian pottery. Quite scarce in this form; I was unable to locate a single other example.

Notes: In fine, attractive condition, with no cracks, chips, crazing, or dulling
