LOT OF SIX VINTAGE NESTLE'S ADVERTISING RESTAURANT WARE CUP AND SAUCER SETS, CIRCA 1930s - 40s

Lot of six sets of advertising cups and saucers for Nestle's (hot chocolate or cocoa), made by Sterling China and Shenango China, 1930s–1940s, heavy tan restaurant ware, all of the saucers and three of the cups by Sterling (with variation in marks), one of the cups by Shenango (Inca Ware).

Notes: Scattered light surface wear from normal use, otherwise fine, attractive condition, with no cracks or chips, and retaining good gloss. Please note that, as such sets were made to be interchangeable over many years, even with different manufacturers, there are some subtle variations in form and tone among the pieces
