LOT OF 8 VINTAGE AIRLINE MEMBERSHIP CARDS AND RELATED EPHEMERA, 1940s - 50s

Lot of eight vintage airline membership cards and related ephemera, 1940s–1950s, including six credit card–style airline club and bonus cards issued to Harold E. Baggs; unused souvenir gummed decal/label from Eastern Airlines, "The Great Silver Fleet," 3-1/2" in diameter; and an original program from the dedication of Dillant-Hopkins Municipal Airport, Keene, New Hampshire, October 31, 1943.

The cards were all issued to Harold E. Baggs, a Navy liaison officer in New Jersey during World War II and a longtime executive at the Traymore Hotel, the famed landmark on the Atlantic City boardwalk. In 1952 he was given a lifetime contract to serve as vice president and general manager of the hotel.
