Fabulous and enormous Gripstand mixing bowl by T. G. Green, England, mid-20th century, earthenware, the exterior molded with rope, oval, and diamond motifs and glazed in butter yellow, the interior glazed in white, integral tab handles, 16" wide by 7" tall (12 quart capacity), marked "Gripstand, T. G. Green Ltd., Church Gresley, made in England, 2's."

The largest size made of this long-out-of-production, highly collectible bowl, literally large enough to bathe a baby in. A stunning centerpiece for your dining table (if there's room)!

Notes: A few isolated instances of faint crazing; a few tiny impurities embedded in interior glaze; otherwise fine, attractive condition, with no cracks or chips
