ANTIQUE MARKED GRANITEWARE CHAMBERPOT BY LALANCE & GROSJEAN, NEW YORK, 19TH - EARLY 20TH CENTURY

Antique graniteware chamber pot by the Lalance & Grosjean (L&G) Manufacturing Company, Woodhaven, Queens, New York, late 19th–early 20th century, steel finished in mottled gray enamel with handle and flaring rim, 9" in diameter by 4-3/4" tall, the underside marked "L & G Mfg. Co."

Marked examples of graniteware are quite uncommon. Perfect for display or creative repurposing as a planter, vase, centerpiece, or catch-all.

Notes: A few small losses to enamel (small spot of superficial rust to interior), otherwise near fine, attractive condition, with good original gloss
