NEOCLASSICAL STYLE ORMOLU CARTEL CLOCK, SIGNED, EARLY 20TH CENTURY, with a reticulated bow-ribbon tied crest suspending a cast cartouche form case with berried laurel details, flanking a circular domed glass cover within a rope twist modeled bezel opening to a white enamel dial signed "TIFFANY & Co.," within black Roman chapters and five-minute Arabic numerals, enclosing pierced and gilt scrolling foliate halberd/spear form hands over twin key escapements, above a tapering base of curling strapwork ending before a stylized spade leaf pendant, verso clockworks stamped with a pastille, "Samuel Marti Medaille D'or Paris 1900," "Made in France," and number 1218437, Height: 16 1/2" Width: 8 1/2" Depth: 5"
Overall in excellent condition with normal rubbing from age and use throughout, with original pendulum, no key present but keys are easy to come by and are generally universal.
