Large Viennese Rose Porcelain Serving Bowl By Augarten Wein Weiner Austria

Here is a spectacular serving bowl made in Austria and marked with Wein below a crown topped shield, the mark for The Vienna Porcelain Factory, Augarten, also known as Wein or Weiner Porcelain. The bowl measures 11-1/2 inches in diameter and is 2-3/4 inches tall. It has green trim on the rim, which is beginning to wear (pictured). It is in otherwise excellent condition with no chips, flakes, bites, nicks or cracks. It is signed on back with a blue underglaze shield backstamp, and overglaze markings as pictured.
