Rare Rubber Mickey Mouse Mask

This is a very unusual rubber mask of Mickey Mouse. Extremely difficult to find any information about this. Previous owner told me it was bought in the 1970s and her dad used to wear it. She was told it was one that used to be worn in the parks before the fur and fabric heads came to be. Measures 13" tall x 14" wide ear to ear. Has original plastic insert to keep shape. Under nose has to tears (please see pictures)
