1931 Shriners Pin & Ribbon Please Read - DM

This is a medal from the 1931 national shriners convention held at Cleveland municipal stadium. 57th annual session - imperial council. The then new baseball field was used for the very first time when the Al Koran shrine beat Al Serat Grotto, 6-1. A crowd of 30,000 watched the game that was played two weeks before the Cleveland Indians ever took the field. The image of the stadium is boldly stamped into the back of the medal. Measures 1.25" x 1.25" plus ribbon
