Pick up will work on scheduled time slots to avoid large crowds and reduce wait times. Your win email will include a link to schedule a pick up slot during the pick up day. If you schedule your pickup this will avoid crowds and long waits when you get here!

-Please bring your own manpower for loading furniture and heavy items, and bring your own packing materials. We will NOT have movers on site to move heavy items. All furniture in this home is on the main floor. All buyers are responsible for removing purchased items during pick up time.

-Ask us about shipping. We are happy nonbreakable items that can fit in a flat rate box at buyers expense with a $10 handling fee per item. Please contact 303-829-5966 before bidding to confirm your item is shippable.

All art, oversized, and breakable items will be packed and shipped via third party shipper, our local Postnet, billing the buyer directly. Smaller, non breakable items will be shipped via USPS Priority with a $10 per lot handling fee. PLEASE CALL TO DISCUSS ANY SHIPPING NEEDS PRIOR TO BIDDING.

Regardless of how items will be shipped, if you get preapproval, you'll still need to email us at rehomeCO@gmail.com following auction closing to remind us that you need shipping. Buyer pays all shipping costs. Items will ship within a week of purchase.
