It is always preferable if buyers bring appropriate help and walk their items to their vehicle, rather than waste time waiting for a desirable parking spot. Also note - there are many items that are on all three floors of this property. The buyers are responsible for taking their winning items down these flights of stairs. Don't plan on pulling near the property until you've taken the items out of the house and staged them outside, so we can keep the flow of traffic moving in the driveway at all times.
