Please be aware - the condition of all items is used, untested, and unknown specifically with regard to anything electric: while everything worked to the best of our knowledge when the power was shut off at the property, we make no guarantees or representations. Please note, this is a demolition sale, so if you don't have the capacity to rip out a toilet yourself, please be sure to send someone who does to the pickup!

Repeat: This is a DEMOLITION SALE. This means that YOU, the buyer, are responsible for bringing all tools, hardware, and labor to remove the items from the property. Water, gas and electricity will be cutoff at the the pickup. There MAY be limited generator power available at certain points of the pickup - if you want unlimited power when you want it, bring a portable generator. You will be required to sign liability waivers when coming onto the property. We are literally days ahead of the bulldozers, plan for this, there is no room for exceptions.
