Pickup is in Farmington Woods Condo Association, this is a gated community.
To enter, you must check in with the security guard at the gate, the address for the correct entrance is:

127 West Avon Road, Unionville, CT 06085.

There are other entrances but this entrance is the only one with a security guard to let you in.
When pulling up, tell the guard you are VISITING 1 Racebrook lane, and here to see Jim.
When inside the complex, you must use your GPS to go to the condo. There is poor cell reception and I will be unable to help you with directions.

THIRD PARTY SHIPPING *REFERRAL*
Shipping is available on all items from Two Sisters Shipping. Shipping must be requested before the pickup starts. To have your items shipped simply send me a signed copy of your invoice and a copy of your drivers license. Your address on your drivers license must match the address on your invoice and be your shipping address. Once I receive your info, I will have two sisters pick up your items at the pickup, and they will handle all aspects of the shipping. If you want a quote before purchasing, fill out the online quote request form on their website, link is here https://www.twosistersship.com/get-an-estimate. I do not ship any items myself but you are welcome to have Two Sisters pick up the items for you and ship them at your expense. Items left behind after pick up closes are forfeited without refund.
