Some items are heavy and will need two or more people to move up, down or around to the exits. OUR CREW IS UNABLE TO ASSIST. Every buyer should bring extra very capable people to assist with safely moving your items. If you come unprepared, we will not able to assist you, and will not give any sort of refund. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to come prepared with as many capable people as it takes to safely remove your items from this Estate. We have given ample days and hours posted for pick-up weeks ahead of the end of this auction for buyers to come fully prepared. It would also be a good idea to bring general hand tools to take apart or remove items that may require it to remove from walls or rooms. Thank you!
