Has been archived since issue. Issued at 1993 Capital City Conference. A collector prize for the comic enthusiast/art collector.

Paul Pelletier is a well establish penciller. He is know to have worked on titles for DC comics and Marvel comics. Paul Pelletier has worked on past DC comic titles like The Flash, Superman, and others. Paul more recent work has been under Marvel Comics. As an example we have Guardians of the Galaxy, Wolverine, etc.
