This is a local pick up auction for all furniture and art pieces. We will ship small items USPS priority that will fit in a 12x12x8 box. Any requested shipping of furniture or larger items must be arranged separately by the buyer through a third party. All items must be picked up by scheduled pick up date unless approved by auction manager.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
USPS SHIPPING
All items are sold "As Is, Where Is." Items measuring smaller than 12"x12"x10" will be shipped priority mail, fully insured within 24 hours of the shipping invoice paid. The shipping invoices will be sent out within 1 week of the auction close date. If the shipping invoice is not paid within 7 days, all items won will be considered forfeited with no refund. Any items not eligible for shipping will be stated so in the description of the item. Please read the description of the item prior to bidding. rnIf either invoice remains unpaid past the allotted time, your account will be blocked and inactivated.
