Auction pick up Wednesday March 22nd between the hours of 11 am-1:30 However winning bidders need a scheduled time between 11 am -1:30 to avoid confusion pick up time.. Auction located on the 4th floor of an apartment building. Parking under building and across the street. Please bring helpers to move furniture as we do not assist in any way. Auction administrator will contact buyers' day before picking up to organize buyers time frame during scheduled pick-up hours. Thank you for your understanding!!
PLEASE NOTE: Auction begins to end, MONDAY EVENING MARCH 20TH TH @ 9: 00 Pm. Each auction lot will close 50 seconds apart which extends the auction ending for at least an hour and a half. PICK UP: Buyers must pick up their items at the designated sale location within the assigned time frame stated on the sale details page. The address will be sent to winning bidder via email. Please check junk/spam if you do not receive an email. We strongly suggest you bring packing materials and additional help if needed. We do not provide assistance to help you move items to your vehicle. Movers may be available at an additional cost however we cannot guarantee availability.
UNCLAIMED ITEMS will be forfeited. NO refunds will be issued, and you are at risk of losing your bidding privileges. We understand that emergencies come up and will do our best to work within our means. This is not a guarantee, nor should it be an expectation. PLEASE DO NOT BID if you are unsure about your ability to retrieve or make arrangements to claim your winnings. It is imperative that items are removed at the indicated days & times.
