Napoleon III Clock, 19th Century, Second Empire Style, 11" Ht. Time Only

Antique metal mantle clock with female figurine on side of clock. Gold color finish. There are some cracks on the face of the clock. Clock measures approximately 11" high, and 3" deep.

The dial sewewms to be ok but there is some overpaint on the chapter ring. Minute hand is missing.
Appears to be a balance wheel movement in a case that could have taken a pendulum movement
