Listed American Artist Carl Blair Signed Original Oil On Paper Landscape "apache Sunrise" Geometric Decoration

Listed American Artist Carl Blair Signed, on lower right, this Original Oil on Paper, Titled, on label on reverse, "Apache Sunrise". The mountains are decorated above and below by panels of Geometric decoration, reminiscent of the Southwest. Piece appears to be float mounted.
1 1/2" Wide, Solid Oak moulding, stained dark blue/black, and glazing are included.
Paper measures 25 x 36 and is in Very Good to Excellent condition.
Outside of frame measures 30 1/2 x 42 and is Very Good condition, possibly original to the piece.
