Waterman Ideal Ball Point Pen in Saks Fifth Ave Box . Needs a refill and I don’t want to touch it not knowing these pens . Looks never used so my guess is the ink dried up. The condition is excellent . Says waterman Ideal Paris on the top of the box . See added photos . Great package .
