Vintage aquatint hand coloured print of buildings in Europe - The print is hand signed and numbered (33/350) in pencil. It was professionally framed by M/E Framing Guild of New York City in the 1940s or 50s, in a wooden frame.

An aquatint is a print resembling a watercolour, produced from a copper plate etched with nitric acid. It has a different texture than an engraving,

Frame measures 14 3/4” x 17 3/4”.

Print measures 10 1/2” x 13 1/4”.

Notes: Some wear/rubs/chipping on the corners and edges of frame, glass is good, a bit of yellowing, print area looks good.

Consistent with age and use.
