This location is an apartment complex and has limited parking so please park in space 55 or 57 or wait to be instructed for additional parking options and like always be respectful to the neighbors.

Winning Bidders are encouraged to bring help for large heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed. If you cannot make the pick-up, you must make alternate arrangements for someone to do so in your place at the appointed times. Items not picked up within the set timeframe are forfeited without refund.
