**Note: There are 3 specially noted furniture items which are located at a second pickup location around the block from the primary location. Pickup for these items is restricted to Friday 3-5pm or Saturday 10-12. Listings have notes.

Limited Shipping:
Shipping is available for many items in this sale. A $10 handling fee per shipment will apply. USPS flat rate boxes will be used whenever possible. For other items, shipping will be arranged on an individual basis and must be approved by the Auction Manager. Please contact the Auction Manager prior to bidding to learn more about the shipping policy.
