If you can not pick up your items, they are considered forfeited unless you choose to make an appointment for Saturday 8/14. when an On-site Estate Sale will be held on the premises.

PLEASE bring your own packing materials and manpower to move heavy items from the house. AND most importantly arrive in an appropriate sized vehicle for your items. We are unable to help load items into vehicles. NO shipping of any items.

- If you cannot make the pick-up, please make alternate arrangements for someone to do so in your place.
- Packing, moving & transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED upon pick up.
