$1.00
Item #1639
Lot #50 of 135
Item Description

Terrific antique soap dish, 19th century, the buff/yellow clay body of oblong one-piece form with slightly convex sides and rounded corners, the perforated top with raised ribs, side drain hole, finished in a dark caramel Rockingham-type glaze, approx. 7" x 5" x 2-1/4" overall.

A striking and functional example of generous size (large enough for a cleaning sponge) to provide an authentic period accent for your kitchen or bathroom.
