Universe X Spidey 1 " Possibly The Recalled Version Due To Slander " Variant Marvel Comic 2001

I have never taken the comic out of it's sleeve and looked through to see if this is the recalled versions. The recalled version was pulled from shops and stands due to hidden slander of an ex-Marvel editor.
It possibly could be just like it could possibly not be.
