1. Pick Ups are arranged by Appointment. Please call 631.848.3038 to schedule Pickup Time. The Pickup Date for this Auction is currently scheduled for 1/15/23. On the pickup date upon your arrival, we will bring your items to you. Disassembly and moving of gym equipment is the responsibility of the buyer. Please bring bags, packing paper, blankets, hand trucks or dolly. Please inspect all your items at the pickup location. Prior to leaving the pickup, you are agreeing that you have inspected your items and they are in satisfactory condition.

2. Shipping available through UPS. Call UPS at 516.741.6245 Monday thru Saturday after 11AM for a pricing quote. No Furniture.

AUCTION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. If you want a tax exempt status you must input your tax exempt information and certificate (You must click the Tax Exempt Button (located directly under the Upload Certificate Box) to receive the Tax Exempt Status!!) before bidding! (or for new bidders when you set up your account.)
2. Please be aware many times there are multiple photos for each lot. Just click on the cover photo to open the file and see all the available photos and pertinent condition information.
3. The auction begins to close at 8:00 PM. Each auction lot will close 30 seconds apart which extends the auction ending for at least an hour and a half. If people are actively bidding on an item then that item will extend an extra five minutes. Please keep that in mind as you plan to bid.
4. Payments by credit card and debit card only thru the Auction Ninja website. Please read directions on the Auction Ninja website carefully.
5. An email will be sent out to winning bidders with address information for Pick Up
6. To reduce credit card fraud for fine jewelry purchases being shipped, we will hold the jewelry for one week prior to shipping.
7. Photo ID will be required to be shown at time of pick up of find jewelry purchases.
8. Lastly, for new Bidders, please go to the Auction Ninja website and read the terms of service. That will enable you to have a good bidding experience and answer many questions you may have. Happy Bidding!
