Great early piece by well known modern construction artist and sculptor. Finite details are what make this unique piece so fascinating to study.

"I explore the mystery and beauty of shapes, making 'form' my major focus. Geometric universal properties (the square, triangle, etc,) are universal concepts intuitively understood by all cultures including the most primitive. They are powerful properties which dominate my work and which I choose to interpret and strive to humanize and make personal."
"Mostly I see things in dimension and early in my career, originally as a painter I soon found myself producing paintings in relief with many that eventually came off the wall and stood as sculpture. I soon found that I had morphed into a sculptor acquiring many new skills along the way. The two separate unique and equal disciplines, painting and sculpture, which I strove to unite, I eventually captured in a combined harmony and interaction."
