Whether it's positive or negative, AuctionNinja greatly values bidder feedback. Not only is this an opportunity for bidders to publicly explain their experiences, but it is also an opportunity for sellers to respond. Responding to both positive and negative feedback engages a seller's community and offers opportunity for a dialogue with potentially unhappy customers.

AuctionNinja encourages all sellers to respond to feedback before reporting it. As a marketplace, we try to keep the reviews honest and open, but there are situations that warrant feedback removal. Before flagging feedback. for deletion, sellers should ask the three following questions:

1. Is the review provably false?

If a seller is able to prove that a review gives inaccurate information regarding an incident, that review is eligible for deletion.

2. Did the bidder request deletion?

If a bidder requests review deletion, they should send a message to us HERE. They can also send an email to support@auctionninja.com with their name, order number, and why they are requesting deletion.

3. Does the review relate to the associated transaction?

Every seller rating is attached to a specific transaction. This allows bidders to describe multiple experiences with the same seller, but it can get confusing for site regulars.  A review might qualify for removal if it doesn't relate to the transaction described.
