This item was objectively deceptively described. The listing was fraudulent. It is not the size written, but is in fact significantly smaller. 8" is not 12," (it is also shorter than listed) and that difference is magnified when calculating volume. In this case, the difference calls into question the identification even as a planter. This makes huge differences in both its value as an antique and in its utility.

The seller does not appear to be operating in good faith, quoting only their T&C rather than taking responsibility for their error. T&C do not supercede Mass General Law.

I highly recommend Clearing House Estate Sales. A very coordinated pickup day and additional care for the weather forecasted. I had a safe pickup and the upholstered chair did not get wet from the impending rain. Thank you to Clearing House Estate Sales.
