Another solid auction by Vintage. Everything was exactly as described. CJ as always is prompt and had everything ready for me at pick up. I was going to be 30 minutes later than my appt time due to a delay on my end and CJ was happy to oblige. Got there and was in and out in less than 5 minutes with all of my purchases. Looking forward to the next one!

absolutely horrible. i still have not rec'd the item even though i was told it would be shipped.

Hello Rosemarie, I’m so sorry you’re still having a difficult time with receiving your item! We made every earnest effort to satisfy your auction experience with us- waived the forfeiture policy, waived the shipping policy, responded to your email, reached out to you via text 3 times, provided you with free shipping, and did not entertain your abhorrent ableist response to our email that simply explained your calls were not being avoided but there is a need for an accommodation via written communication due to a hearing impairment (which is why it is noted to *text not call* literally, everywhere in our auctions). When you were informed that your item shipped, a tracking number was provided to you. If you take a moment to check that number, you will see the item was delivered to the address on file, on March 17th. However, since your package was insured, I'd be happy to assist you in anyway to file a claim with USPS. Please feel free to text me at your earliest convenience. :)

This was the easiest pickup experience out of all my auction ninja experiences. They had my items separated, packaged, and boxed for me ready to go. In all, pick up took 3 minutes and I was so happy with all my items. Their warehouse was also really cool and interesting to see. I look forward to purchasing from them in the future!
