PAYMENT AND TERMS: Payment due upon receipt of invoice and charged to the credit card on file. All sales are final. No credits or returns. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to request additional information before bidding. Photographs are part of the description. JMA makes every effort to disclose known damage, repairs, or restorations;
however, the absence of such information does not imply that an item is in perfect condition. Please remember that you are purchasing an-tique or previously owned items and should expect signs of wear consistent with age and use.
SPECIAL PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS: All auction purchases must be picked up during the scheduled pickup dates and times. Any items not picked up within the allotted time will be considered abandoned and forfeited, without a refund. Failure to collect your
purchases does not entitle the buyer to a refund or chargeback. NO EXCEPTIONS unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction house, please see Alternative Pick Up. Please inspect and verify all purchases before leaving the pickup location. Once you leave, the auction house is not responsible for items left behind. Bring boxes, packing materials, and paper. Buyers are responsible for removing and loading all purchases. A representative will be present to assist as needed; however, buyers must bring sufficient help to safely
remove and load large or heavy items. Buyers assume responsibility for any damage or injury resulting from their removal and loading ac-tivities while on the property. No additional assistance or packing supplies will be provided. NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE COME PRE-PARED.
SHIPPING: UPS is available to provide shipping quotes. Please contact The UPS Store at 603-474-2420 or store1510@theupsstore.com. All shipping and handling costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Please email mcinnisauctions@yahoo.com to authorize the release of your purchases. The auction house is not responsible for items once they have been released to the shipper.
For local delivery of larger items, including furniture not suitable for standard shipping, please contact our gallery by email to discuss availa-ble options and fees.
ALTERNATIVE PICKUP: As convenience to our customers, we offer transfer of eligible auction purchases to our Amesbury Mass facil-ity for pickup at a nominal fee. Transfer fees start at $25 per item, with a maximum fee of $100 for eligible items. Large or unusual items may be subject to additional transportation fees. All transferred items must be picked up within ten (10) business days of arrival at our gallery. Items not collected within this period will be considered forfeited, without a refund.
TO ARRANGE A TRANSFER: Please text the auction manager or email mcinnisauctions@yahoo.com with your name and invoice no. you would like transferred. Alternative pickup arrangements must be approved by the auction manager in advance.
