PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Please bring your own boxes, packing materials, and help for loading. Buyers are responsible for removal and assume all liability once items are released. Items not picked up during scheduled times will be considered abandoned with no refunds or chargebacks. Exceptions only with prior approval. Check your items before leaving, once you depart, we are not responsible for items left behind.

ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEP-TIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION HOUSE – LOCAL DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR A FEE.
