By participating in the auction, you authorize the credit card transaction for your purchases and agree not to initiate a chargeback with your credit card issuer for transactions processed in accordance with the auction terms and conditions. --
All items are sold as is, where is, and with all faults and all sales are final; no credits, returns, or exchanges will be permitted. --
We encourage bidders to ask any questions prior to bidding and to review all photographs carefully, as they are considered part of the description. --
John McInnis Auctioneers makes every reasonable effort to note visible damage, repairs, or restorations. However, the absence of such information should not be interpreted to mean that a lot is free from wear or condition issues. Many of the items we offer are antique, vintage, or previously owned, and should be expected to show signs of age and normal use consistent with their history. --
PICK-UP LOCATION & TIMES
1 Rocky Hill Road – Amesbury, MA 01913 on WED, MAY 20th from 9-4pm. We kindly ask that purchases be collected during the scheduled pick-up times. If you anticipate any difficulty, please contact us in advance. We are happy to work with buyers whenever possible and to make reasonable arrangements. Items not collected during the scheduled pick-up period, and for which no prior arrangements have been made, will be considered abandoned. In such cases, the buyer will forfeit any right to refund or chargeback due to failure to retrieve auction winnings during the scheduled dates and times. --
Local delivery of larger items may also be available for an additional fee. --
Please take a moment to review your lots before leaving the premises. Once items have been removed from the pick-up location, we cannot be responsible for items left behind. --

All shipping, packing, insurance, and related costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once you authorize release of your purchases to the shipper of your choice, John McInnis Auctioneers is no longer responsible for loss or damage in transit. --
Please email mcinnisauctions@yahoo.com with your name and lot number(s) to authorize release to your shipper. For larger items, including furniture not suitable for standard parcel shipping, please contact our gallery to discuss available local shipping options. --
TRANSPORT / ALTERNATIVE PICK-UP
As a courtesy to our valued customers, we are pleased to offer transfer of purchases to our Amesbury, Massachusetts facility for later pick-up. Transfer fees begin at $25 per item, with a maximum charge of $100 per order. Please note that large, oversized, or unusual items may require an additional transport fee. --
Items transferred to the Amesbury gallery should be collected within 10 days of arrival. Items not picked up within that time may be considered forfeited without refund or chargeback rights. Storage fees may also apply. If you would like to use this service, please text the auction manager or email mcinnisauctions@yahoo.com with your name and the lot number(s) you would like transferred. --
