Payment and Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file. All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. JMA will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the ab-sence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age.

Special Pick up Instructions: Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist, but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.

ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION HOUSE – LOCAL DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR A FEE.

Shipping: The Parcel Room is available to quote and pick up your item(s). Please reach out to them at 603-431-4205 or auctions@parcelroom.com. An email releasing your items to the shipper of your choice must be sent to mcinnisauctions@yahoo.com.
Buyer pays all shipping costs. We are not responsible for your purchase once you authorize release to shipper of your choice.

Local shipping of larger items (furniture) not suitable for postal can be made by emailing our gallery.

TRANSPORT (ALTERNATIVE PICK UP): As a special service for the convenience of our valued customers: Anyone who would like to pick up their purchases in Amesbury, MA we will offer to transfer your purchases to our facility in Amesbury for a nominal fee start-ing at $25 per item to be capped at $100.00. Items not picked up within 10 days will be considered abandoned with no refund. NOTE: EXCLUSIONS APPLY, LARGE OR UNUSUAL ITEMS/LOTS WILL BE ASSESSED with A SEPARATE FEE FOR TRANSPORT. ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN (2) WEEKS OR ITEM WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED WITH NO RE-FUNDS.
