**Pick-up times will be offered on Friday, March 29 and Saturday, March 30. You will need to sign up for a time slot within the window (see the full instructions for more info) For this sale, folks who buy items that need to be dismantled, furniture, or otherwise bulky, heavy, or large amounts will be offered unique time slots so as to make pick-up easier for everyone. The front entrance is a narrow hallway and will not accommodate people trying to get out with purchases and people trying to get in. When the auction ends, check your email for your invoice from Auction Ninja which contains information from us and a link to sign up for a time slot within the pick-up window. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL THAT CONTAINS YOUR INVOICE, GO TO YOUR ACCOUNT DASHBOARD, CLICK ON THE INDIVIDUAL INVOICE AND SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM FOR THIS INFORMATION. It's all there; you may have to scroll down past your itemized purchases.
**SHIPPING: Shipping is very limited with this sale. Items are marked "available for shipping"; if an item is not marked as such, you may certainly ask, but we only ship items that will fit into priority mail boxes, and we do not ship highly fragile items. Do not assume an item is shippable. There are no refunds if you purchased an item not available for shipping, and you didn't check first. We only ship outside the area (75 mile radius). If you need an item shipped, you are accepting the terms of $10 handling fee per lot (customer maximum may be $15-20, depending on the lots. If you buy a large amount, that amount will increase), and that your credit card will automatically be charged the Priority Mail cost plus the handling fee. IF you have confirmation your item is shippable, text us within 48 hours of the auction's end to let us know you need shipping; we don't assume an out-of-state address automatically means that item gets shipped. :)
