Congratulations on your winning bid! Please remember that you will be required to provide a valid ID at the time of pickup.

**Important Pickup Information:**
The pickup address will be available after 5 AM on the day of pickup. You can find it by logging into your Auction Ninja account and clicking on your invoice, or by checking the bottom of your email for the link that says "Please click here to view your invoice."

* **No Shipping:** All items must be picked up at the designated sale location.
* **Pickup Date/Time:** Pickup must occur within the specific date and time frame stated on the auction's Pick-Up & Shipping Details tab and/or your invoice. **There is absolutely no flexibility on this schedule.** If you cannot pick up your items during the designated time, please do not bid.
* **Private Residence Pickups:** Some auctions may have pickup at a private residence. This will be clearly stated on the auction page. For these auctions, if you miss the pickup days, you forfeit your items. We cannot move items from a private residence to our warehouse for later pickup.
* **Failure to Pickup:** Paid-for lots not picked up within the designated time frame are considered forfeited. You will not receive any compensation for forfeited items.

**Identification and Shipping Address:**
All winning bidders are required to provide identification. The shipping address must match the address on your credit card and ID. If these do not match, we will be unable to ship your items. Please ensure your shipping information is updated before placing any bids.

Bulky or Fragile Items: For larger or fragile pieces, just contact LoopCycle directly for a quick quote before you bid.
Stress-Free Shipping: Once you’ve won, LoopCycle handles pickup, packing, and delivery coordination. It’s like having a personal concierge for your auction treasures!

A signed invoice will be required prior to shipping auction items. A scan or picture of the signed invoice can be texted to 425-829-3848 or emailed to contact@girlfriendsestatesales.com. We cannot release your order until we have received Full payment, a signed invoice and, if applicable, a copy of your ID.
**Bid Retractions:** Bids cannot be retracted, canceled, or rescinded due to shipping issues, including costs or prohibitions. Bidders are responsible for considering all shipping costs before placing a bid.
**Liability** GES is not responsible for loss or damage of purchased items handled or shipped, nor for actions or omissions by third-party shippers (whether recommended by GES or not).*
**Private Residence Pickups:** Please be aware that some auctions will have pickups at private residences, and this will be clearly stated in the auction details. LIMITED shipping is available for these items.* All shipping arrangements must be made PRIOR to auction close with Loopcycle.
**International Regulations:** Buyers must be aware of local regulations regarding the shipping or receipt of items such as ivory, taxidermy, and firearms. GES will not alter packing slips, lot descriptions, or prices paid. If items are seized by customs, GES is not liable for costs or refunds.
