I’m sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the level of service provided during your recent purchase and am happy to provide the details. I made several accommodations for you, including arranging an early pickup at 8:30 a.m., even though the scheduled pickup time began at 9:30 a.m. I also spent a considerable amount of time answering questions about a single item—far more than I would typically address for an entire auction. Although you arrived with two movers, my team still assisted in loading your truck. Additionally, your mover left the shelving on the side of the building. Since you had already departed, both I and one of my movers attempted to contact you immediately, calling at least four times within minutes, but were unable to reach you. Screenshots of these call attempts were provided to you. While I understand that situations can be frustrating, the details above reflect the efforts made to accommodate and assist you. The benefit of online auctions is that there are many available, managed by different auctioneers. If you feel my services did not meet your expectations, you are always free to participate in auctions run by other managers in the future. With that said, I do hope your wife enjoyed the secretary, as I understood it was intended to be a birthday gift.

Lisa was absolutely amazing! Can't believe she was stuck in the outdoors helping clients while it was -7 degrees out. She even accommodated me when I had a potential conflict on timing due to my daughter's birthday. Just picking up my order had my hands freeze over, Highly respect and appreciate!
