The shipping was fast which was amazing, and well packaged. However, the quality of the items is very misleading. They tell you to look at the pictures for quality, but they fail to actually include photos of the faults of each item. They did one closeup of a stain on a skirt, but in reality there was a tear in one shirt that was laid out in a way to cover the hole, and the patch on the other sleeve, stains not shown, and several pieces with fixed patches now shown. Overall, misleading pictures that really don't show the quality of the items you're bidding on.

Leah, I apologize for not seeing the flaws in the vintage clothing. It is very time consuming to thoroughly inspect every item and I did not intentionally avoid those areas. I will try to keep your comments in mind for future photography. rnA&M estate Sales

Necklace and earrings arrived missing many stones. Stones were jostled out of settings in transit. Otherwise, great.

I try my best to pack them so they will arrive safe and sound but I don’t have control over the way the shipping companies handle the boxes.
