Because there is no outdoor space available, winners will be asked to come up to the apartment to pack and move their items. We are unable to bring your items curbside. Bring packing materials and help to move furniture. Our team will not be able to help you lift. The high-rise elevator will be reserved for your use.
Items not picked up within the pick-up window will be considered forfeited without refund.
