This Is a Pickup only auction with OPTIONAL SHIPPING OF SMALLER ITEMS. If you are interested in our shipping options, please contact us prior to the auction end date. Please ask questions before bidding.
ABOUT OPTIONAL SHIPPING~~~
~ We utilize Auction NInja's Shipping module to ship only those items that can safely be packed in a small, medium or large flat rate priority box.
~ You may independently engage local couriers for furniture delivery. We recommend fully insured Grand Prix Delivery at (201) 780-8617 or Eco Tri-State who can be reached at (646) 302-0604
~ We can also deliver items to be professionally packaged to the Fedex Store in Orange, CT. (203) 799-2679. We charge a $10.00 drop-off service fee payable through Venmo or PayPal. Payment of packing and shipping charges needs to be handled with Fedex directly.

Friday, April 14th from 9:30am to 2:00pm.
Saturday, April 15th from 9:30am to 2:00pm.

Although we are happy too help carry items to your car, we do not have the staff to retrieve large items without your help!
~ FOR ALL FURNITURE ---- YOU MUST BRING HELP TO MOVE THESE ITEMS FROM THE HOME
~ PLEASE ARRIVE WITH BOXES AND PACKING MATERIALS
~ WE HAVE WORKED DILIGENTLY TO PROVIDE YOU WITH DETAILS AND PHOTOS REGARDING CONDITION OF THE AUCTION ITEMS. WE ASK YOU REVIEW ALL PHOTOS AND INSPECT YOUR ITEMS UPON PICK-UP.
~ OCCASIONALLY WE MAY MISS SOMETHING AND ARE HAPPY TO ADJUST YOUR INVOICE ACCORDINGLY, BUT EVERYTHING IS SOLD AS-IS.
Items not retrieved within this timeframe are considered forfeited without refund.
