Pick up was quick and easy

Pick up was poorly planned and executed. I waited over 3 hours in parking area to get address for pick up. Then another hour at pick up address. It was dark when I finally had my items loaded and ready to leave. Missed the fairy and had to wait until last 7:30pm fairy to return to mainland. I left Seattle at 11:00am and returned after 9:00pm. It was a nightmare. Pick up should have been scheduled over two days and by appointment.

Waiting several hours, missing the ferry, and getting home that late would have been exhausting for anyone.rnrnWe did communicate in advance that there would likely be extended wait times and very limited parking due to the small driveway and no street parking, but I understand that knowing that ahead of time doesn’t make the experience any easier when you’re living it. The location constraints made traffic flow extremely challenging, and while we worked to move everyone through as safely and efficiently as possible, I recognize that it was still a very long day for you.rnrnI appreciate your feedback about scheduling pickups over two days by appointment and will take that into consideration for future events in similar locations.

Great experience. Angel was courteous and professional, and helped me out with pickup. The physical shop is also really cute and worth a stop if you're in the neighborhood.

The pick up was alfull with pick up time not honored, confusing,unorganized. In the confusion I was shorted a lot of jewelry when told all lots were in a large basket purchased at the sale. Didn't realize being misled is part of company policy as long it takes time to realize it as well as no matter how big a mistake an employee makes its the buyers fault. Didn't expect that.Buyer beware. Inspected the items at home I noticed the mistake. Called to explain the situation and was told no items had been left behind with no inspection of the premises done.Unprofessional, treated unfairly lost money.$ 87.00
