Your secret auction activities are safe with us - we will not divulge your bidding history, financials, or any other personal details without your permission.

We will add FAQ questions here as they roll in....so far, so good - the website is pretty easy to use and many of the answers already detailed, but if you have a question for us, please use our contact us form.

Payment will be transacted to your credit card within 24 hours of the close of the auction.  We will not take returns, but if there is a major issue or mistake in your purchase, kindlly let us know so we can attempt to make things right.  We highly encourage checking each item thoroughly at time of pickup, as once it leaves our hands, we cannot be responsible for damages. 

We do not provide shipping at this time.  If you are unable to pick up on the appropriate day and time, the easiest solution is to convince a friend or family member to stand in for you - send them along with a copy of your invoice)
