I won 9 wax packs. They arrived 2 days ago. Just looking at the flaps where you open them, even a blind person could tell they'd been re-sealed. I've opened hundreds of wax packs and my experience, when people re-seal wax packs they've opened them, picked out the cards of value and replaced them with worthless cards. When they are re-sealed there's only a few methods that work and they all have a tell-tale sign. 6 of these were re-sealed with an iron and 3 were re-sealed with using an alternate heat source such as a flame. To confirm my suspicions, I opened one pack and at every stage took pictures to prove it. When you open a wax pack even if it's been sitting in the Mohave desert for decades, the roller marks don't just disappear, the folds are never sealed so tight every fold melts to each other then melts to the cards themselves. I've also NEVER torn the top flap trying to open a wax pack until these, due to the method of re-sealing. I asked this vendor for a refund of just the wax packs not the other items I won. They did not get back to me nor did they refund the requested money. I even offered to mail these packs back. Shipping to me, took a week before it left this vendor which is whatever and charging the shipping without telling the buyer is a whatever also since it's clearly stated in the terms it's a "shipping only" auction. I gave this vendor 2 days because I know people get busy, but even a quick response of "I'll get back to you" or anything to assure me they got the message and are willing to work with me, would've been professional. I highly recommend people avoid buying sports cards from this vendor. This was never about getting the money back, it was always about the principle of honesty, integrity and care for the customer!

Seller shipped item and charged me for shipping without contacting me. They ultimately shipped the lot to the wrong address due to their assumptions and then blamed me for the issue. They refuse to return funds or communicate.
Edit:
I feel compelled to add an edit due to the seller being disingenuous. The lot closed over a week prior to me contacting them. At that point I asked them to cancel as they did not seem motivated to ship it. Every other auction I have done, the seller has messaged instructions within 24 hours after auction close. When I asked them to cancel, they stated they can't because the item shipped the night before. It took a whole 4 more days to pry the tracking number out of the seller. Checking the tracking history, which shows when the label is purchased, it became clear that the seller was not telling the truth about when they had shipped the item. Further, they did in fact ship it to the wrong address despite me telling them it was the wrong address. I have edited my address on Auction Ninja, yet invoices still seemingly print with my old address. I have seen this happen multiple times and no other seller has had an issue with it. Had the seller contacted me at all this would have been avoided. Further to this, they still refuse to return funds and their excuse now seems to be the poor review. It's wild that the seller is hurting for money that much that I have to chase them down and go through this whole process over $10. Imagine if it was a larger lot? The bottom line is I would avoid doing any real business with them. They seem incapable of providing any real service.
