Shipping cost is determined by the weight and size of the package, type of package, and destination.
Unpaid shipping will result in the loss of items won in the auction. Items will not be shipped until payment for items and payment for shipping have both been made. Our auctions are shipping only. There is no local pickup option available.

Orders are shipped within 7 - 10 days upon completion of the auction. We do not accept returns.

Hello John,rn We will be shipping the items you won in our auction a few days ago, It does say in the terms of our auctions that we are a shipping only auction, so ALL winning items are shipped. You have requested shipping in the feedback area of the site instead of emailing us. We are concerned that you gave us a less than stellar rating here on Seller responsiveness and in pick-up experience, considering that you just sent us this question and we are replying immediately....on a holiday. Also, you tried calling us at 8 a.m. on New Year's Day perhaps expecting we would be available then? We would question why the poor rating here and the justification behind that. We pride ourselves on quick replies and on shipping our items in a timely AND most cost effective manner possible, and will do so with your items as well. Thank you
