very deceptive advertising tactics.
blurry photos when it is an advantage point for fooling the bidders .
every thing was shown as if it was belongings of customers while it was all picked over by him and his partner.older mistakes he was off-loading on unsuspecting bidders.pickup was less than professional.
i will never do business with this guy again

Item received was not the same as the item won at auction. The serial number and model number on the item was removed/missing therefore item can't be confirmed or resold as I intended. Electronics must have serial numbers and model numbers or they are useless. Seller claims it must have fallen off and refused any kind of resolution.

Contacted the seller and he agreed to reimburse me but never followed through. Not only was the item different than picture he is dishonest and not trustworthy. I got burned and wasted my money but hoping this review saves someone the headache and money. .

Here is what the seller said :

"I understand what you're saying, I really do. I just don't understand because I didn't remove it myself and I'm the only one who touched the speaker. I've been doing this for a while and I have positive feedback on ninja from multiple buyers but I guess things happen. I did give you a resolution with UPS regarding the damage..so there's no engraved serial number, why is it a piece of paper that can fall off? A car is engraved or a bike...if you delete the review I will refund you "

Zero stars would be more appropriate for this purchase. Tear on box was due to water damage and item stunk of mildew. I had to throw the entire box away. Should have never been in the auction. Will never deal with this company again. This was a fraudulent item to put up for auction.
