The majority of items sold by Vacationland Interiors are antique, vintage, or used, and unless explicitly stated otherwise, they should not be considered 'new.' User should anticipate and accept signs of wear consistent with the item's age and/or use.
Photographs serve as integral components of the item's description and condition and are part of the description and condition report. User is solely responsible for inspecting the photos as part of their due diligence.
Condition Report. Condition reports may be available upon request. ANY CONDITION STATEMENT IS GIVEN AS A COURTESY TO USER. It is only a subjective, qualified opinion genuinely held by Vacationland Interiors and should not be treated as a statement of fact. It is to be used for guidance purposes only. Vacationland Home shall have no responsibility for any error or omission.
Absence of previews and/or condition reports does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition. It is the sole responsibility of User to make condition inquiries prior to bidding as part of their due diligence.
Items are sold as-is, where-is and user should come prepared with adequate packing materials, moving/lifting help, and vehicle space. By signing for the item at pick-up, User acknowledges and accepts the item as-is, where-is based on the information provided in the description and photographs.
Once you pick up your items and leave the premises, no refunds will be granted.

Accepting your items and removing them from the sale constitutes your approval. No refunds will be issued after items have left the property. Please inspect items carefully.

Each lot transferred to the UPS Store for shipping or to our office for alternate pick up will incur a $10 transfer fee. Unframed posters are transferred at a lower rate of $3 each. At this time we only offer client-arranged shipping and will give your contact information to the UPS store at the time of transfer. We do not provide shipping quotes. Please call the UPS Store at 50 Market St. in South Portland, ME at (207) 767-1826 to inquire.

If given advanced notice, we may be able to accommodate an alternate pick up time. Please send us to message before bidding to see if this is a possibility. Alternate arrangements may be made on a case-by-case basis. Items transferred off site will incur the applicable transfer fee as noted above.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
Client Arranged Shipping
At this time, we only offer client-arranged shipping. With the exception of posters, each lot transferred to the UPS Store for shipping will incur a $10 transfer fee that will be recharged to your card. Unframed posters are transferred at a lower rate of $3 each. After we transfer items for shipping, clients will arrange shipping with the UPS store at 50 Market St. in South Portland, ME.
